Official Rules

1. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Contest is open to participants who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the time of the comment submission and who are legal residents worldwide. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual and any or all of his/her submission application(s) if he/she is deemed by the Company to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the Terms of Service; (c) violating the conditions of use and/or general rules and/or the official Contest rules; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or act fraudulently in any manner. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Playtika Ltd. together with its parents, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising & marketing agencies, and persons living in the same household as such persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest starts on June 3rd, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on June 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3. HOW TO ENTER

a.During the Contest Period, we will post a creative, skill-based question each day on our Facebook page.

b. Participants must post their response to the daily question within 24 hours of the post.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR RESPONSE TO ENTER THE CONTEST, READ THE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES. BY SUBMITTING THE RESPONSE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THE COMPANY’S PRIVACY NOTICE AVAILABLE ON Playtika.com, AND TO THE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES, AND THAT YOUR SUBMISSION AND THE INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH THE COMPANY AND THAT YOU MAY BE CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST.

ALL DECISIONS, SELECTIONS AND DETERMINATIONS STATED HEREIN TO BE MADE BY THE COMPANY MAY BE MADE ON ITS BEHALF BY ITS DESIGNATED AGENT AND ARE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE IN THE COMPANY’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. ALL SUCH DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

c. Any use of macro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry methods will void all entries by such methods, and entrants using such methods may be disqualified.

4. WINNER SELECTION

We will select five (5) winners each day (25 winners in total) based on the creativity and dedication shown in their responses. Each participant can win only once per day. Winners will be announced publicly the next day on our Facebook page.

5. PRIZE

  • Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Amazon gift card.
  • Approximate Retail Value: USD 100
  • EACH WINNING PARTICIPANT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY FEDERAL OR STATE TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH OR INCURRED BY THE PARTICIPANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE TAXES, IF ANY, THAT MIGHT BE INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH A WINNING PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Prize or any component of the Prize, all such representations and warranties are hereby disclaimed.

  • The Winner might be required to complete a Release an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by the Company and/or the Sponsor, which must be returned immediately. If the Potential Winner does not respond, provide the required Release and documents, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be chosen. If any Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules or if any prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, such Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected.
  • Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

6. PUBLICITY

By entering the Contest, entrants’ consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winners’ name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

This Contest is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Meta or Amazon and participants hereby release Facebook and Meta from any claim or liability related to this Contest. All expenses and costs accrued in connection with the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Potential Winners. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Subject to any directions of a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to the next best participant from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries. If any such malfunction, error, disruption or similar damage occurs and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest, subject to any directions of a regulatory authority Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Contest by posting a notice within the App. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or damaged entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Contest. Any federal, state and/or local taxes on said Prize are the Participant responsibility to pay. Participants agree to return immediately upon demand to the Company the Prize, or the value of the said Prize, which has been awarded to Participant if any statement made by such Participant in an affidavit is false. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the submission, the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; Any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out of pocket costs incurred, but in no event will attorney’s fees be awarded or recoverable; Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Participant knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, business opportunity, damage to reputation or goodwill and/or any other similar damages; All timelines and the predicted schedule are under the Company’s sole discretion and may be changed from time to time without prior notice by the Company to the Participants.

8. LIABILITY & RELEASE

By participating in the Contest each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Company and Sponsor, and each of it respective parents, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and their advertising, promotional and judging agencies (the “Contest Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, loss, claim, damages, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use, misuse, inability to use or possession of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) human error or unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, mobile devices, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, damaged or postage due entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons, including death, or property (including computers or mobile devices) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize; or (g) delay or damage in the shipment or delivery of the Prize. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Nevada, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.
