TOGA REWARDS CLUB VIDEO CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility

This Contest is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and legal residents of jurisdictions where such contests are permitted. Employees, officers, and directors of Playtika Ltd. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on August 11, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on August 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, post an original video about your experience redeeming rewards in the Toga Rewards Club (“Submission”) as a comment on the official Facebook Contest post during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Submissions must comply with all entry requirements below and Facebook’s Community Guidelines.

Any use of macro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar methods of entry is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries submitted by such means.

5. Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

On or about August 18, 2025, a panel of judges selected by Sponsor will evaluate all eligible entries based on:

• Creativity (50%)
• Originality (50%)

All decisions, selections, and determinations made by Sponsor in connection with this Contest may be made by Sponsor’s designated agents and are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor retains sole and absolute discretion in all matters relating to the Contest, including interpretation of these Official Rules.

The five (5) top-scoring entries will be deemed winners.

6. Prizes

Each of the five (5) winners will receive a $200 Amazon gift card. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,000 USD.

7. Winner Notification and Requirements

Winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger on or around August 18, 2025. Winners will be required to confirm their contact details and may be required to return a Release and Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release (where legal) all within thirty (30) days. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return documents, or is found ineligible, an alternate may be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, biographical info, and Submission for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Taxes

Each winning participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their prize. Sponsor disclaims all liability for such taxes.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

11. Miscellaneous

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Amazon. Entrants release and hold harmless Meta and Amazon from any and all liability related to this Contest.

All expenses and costs incurred in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or damaged entries. Entries that are tampered with, altered, generated by macro, automated, scripted, or robotic means are void and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with or undermining the entry process, violating the Official Rules, or acting with intent to disrupt or abuse the Contest. Any such attempts may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or its administration, in part or in whole, due to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen events that impair its integrity or feasibility. Sponsor also reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest scoring eligible participant if a winner is disqualified

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Timelines and schedules may be adjusted at Sponsor’s sole discretion without prior notice.

12. Liability & Release

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to: (a) human error or unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical malfunctions related to hardware, software, or networks; (c) typographical or printing errors; (d) lost or misrouted entries or communications; (e) errors in the administration or processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property (including devices); (g) shipment delays or delivery issues.

All disputes, claims, and causes of action will be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; under no circumstances shall participants claim or be awarded punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise mandated by law.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and all disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Nevada. Participants consent to jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue. For New Jersey residents: This limitation does not preclude recovery of statutory damages or attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.
