Program’s Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in the Toga Rewards program (“Program”), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Membership in the Program is free.
3. You must be 21 years of age or older and not be restricted from playing Caesars Slots according to our Terms of Service to be eligible for the Program.
4. The benefits of the Program are intended and solely for the use of the person listed on the account (“Member”).
5. A Member may not allow any other person to use his or her Toga Rewards account or access his or her account. All accounts are non-transferable.
6. Toga Rewards account may be used to accumulate Toga Tokens (collectively referred to as “Tokens”) by the account holding Member only, in Caesars Slots (the “Game”).
7. Playtika LTD and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Playtika”) are not responsible for unauthorized account access, including any resulting misuse.
8. Each Member is responsible for selecting a username and password for his or her online account. Each Member must keep this information, as well as their security questions/answers, confidential and secure. Each Member is responsible for any activity and resulting damages due to the Member’s negligence or fault in protecting their account access information.
9. A Member may accumulate Tokens by making purchases in the Game for virtual currency and/or items for use in the Game as set forth in the table below (which may be modified at any time by Playtika in its sole discretion) and/or any other promotional methods as designated by time to time by Playtika in its sole discretion

10. To redeem your Tokens, please visit the Toga Rewards Club icon within the Game. All offers for redemption are subject to change, modification and/or termination by Playtika at any time. Member(s) may receive differing offers based on Playtika’s sole discretion and all redemption options may be modified and/or terminated in Playtika’s sole discretion.
11. All Token redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Playtika. Playtika is not responsible and/or liable in any manner for any product and/or service provided by a third party that is received by Member as part of a redemption.
12. All Token accumulations are subject to review and verification by Playtika.
13. Playtika reserves the right to adjust account status and/or Tokens due to computer error, technical malfunction and/or error, fraud or other misuse of a member.
14. Toga Tokens have no cash value.
15. Tokens are valid until the last day of the calendar year in which Tokens were earned. At the end of the calendar year, the entire Token balance will be converted to virtual currency and/or items at the sole discretion of Playtika.
16. Token balances are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.
17. All decisions regarding the interpretation of Program rules, eligibility, Token accumulation, etc. lie solely with Playtika whose decisions are final.
18. Playtika reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time, for any reason.
19. Playtika reserves the right to terminate anyone’s membership in the Program at any time in its sole discretion without recourse.
20. If any Member fails to comply with the Program or the Terms of Service described below including violations of these rules, misuse of Tokens, fraud, misrepresentation, improper conduct, violation of laws or any Member is or should be excluded from playing the Game, all as determined by Playtika in its sole discretion, Playtika may terminate the Member’s membership in the Program. In lieu of termination, Playtika may, at its sole discretion, deduct Tokens from a Member’s account and/or demote the Member’s account status, but permit the individual to remain a Toga Member. In the event of a Member’s termination for any reason, all Tokens shall immediately expire. Playtika have no obligation to award any compensation and there shall be no other recourse for the account termination or the expired Tokens.
21. Individuals who are excluded from playing the Game at their own request, at the sole discretion of Playtika, or through any other means, are not eligible to participate in the Program and at the time of exclusion from the Game, all Tokens shall be forfeited.
22. All communications with Playtika may be monitored for quality assurance purposes.
23. If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law or regulation, such provision shall be deemed void only for the specific jurisdiction at issue, but all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
24. By participating in the Program, Members consent to the collection and use of Member personal information in accordance with these rules and the Playtika privacy policy, as it may be updated from time to time. 25. Notwithstanding any other agreement between any Member and Playtika any claim, cause of action, legal proceeding, or other dispute arising out of or relating to the Program, regardless of when it arose, shall be filed and resolved as found in the Playtika Terms of Service found here: https://www.playtika.com/terms-service/
